How do we price our services?
We have a set fee structure that we use to prepare a bespoke package tailored to each individual or business.
Some businesses like to pay a monthly fee as this provides certainty. However, you can also mix-and-match, paying for some services via a fixed price or monthly fee, while paying for more bespoke one-off services by the hour.
Pricing for accountancy can be complex and will depend on each individual or business’s size and requirement. All pricing is based on a discussion with you to understand your bespoke requirements and budget in an initial free no obligation meeting.
Generally speaking, fees for services like self-assessments, business accounts and VAT returns will rise with income and/or number of transactions or complexity. Likewise, payroll fees will rise with the number of employees. If you own rental properties or are a contractor, then this can add to the cost of your personal tax return.

Pricing Examples (all excluding VAT)
Limited Company
Annual accounts and Tax return from £300.
VAT returns start from £165
Monthly packages start from £75 per month depending on services selected and size of business and can include all or any combination of the following:
- Payroll
- Annual Accounts
- Corporation Tax Filing
- Directors Self-Assessment
- Book-keeping
- Management reporting
- VAT returns
- Accounting software
- Advice from your personal accountant
Individual
Self-Assessment Tax Returns start from £90 for a simple return or from £250 for CIS. Cost will rise with complexity and number of different elements.
Self Employed/Sole trader
- Tax returns start from £90 per annum
- Tax returns including accounts start from £200 per annum
(This will be dependent on quality of accounting records kept, turnover and number of transactions.)
Monthly packages also available
Adhoc advice £75 per hour.
Bookkeeping £30 per hour or part thereof. Minimum of 2 hours per month if only service taken.
